It's funny that we live our whole life in duality, which makes it a hard game to stop playing.
Basically, duality is when you label something as either good or bad. Truth is, it is neither, and just is. I'll explain this more in the video and give you some examples of experiencing non duality, or as you've heard non-duality.
Here are some points to reflect on and remember:
We mostly live our lives in Duality
When we make Judgement of another, this is Duality
Accept everything for what it is
Remember, if I had no beliefs, memories, or associations, what it this thing or emotion I'm feeling? Answer is the truth.
That last bullet point is a great exercise to practice on everything you see. It's how animals and babies see and experience things. It will also help you let go of and release unhealthy emotions.
I like this short little video. It's another way to look at and describe non-duality.
What am I judging in others and my life right now?
Then ask, what if I had no memories, beliefs, or associations, what is it really?
What are some beliefs that are not serving me?
Then ask, what if I had no memories, beliefs, or associations about these beliefs, what is it then?
Are there 2 parts inside me with conflict (e.g. I want to make money, but I feel money is the root of all evil)?
Then close your eyes and visualise a conversation between the 2 parts. See if you can seek a mutual understanding and agreement.
