In a nutshell, most of us are too logical and we use our minds a lot, so this is about how we can move from our minds thought to our hearts feelings, and feel all the goodness that life is offering us every moment.

Here are some points to reflect on and remember:

We need to learn to change the context. e.g. rather than thinking about why we feel sad, we need to change the question to something like, what am I grateful for right now.

Move from Head thoughts to Heart Feeling.

Imagine living our most exciting day and life.

Feeling comes from silence and inner contemplation

To release blocked emotions in the body we need to move thought them. Sometimes therapy can just reaffirm the blocked energy.

Here is Gregg Braden talking about the power of feeling and how it can be used to make illness from the body disappear. It's all passed down from our elders, this power of miracles, and it lies in the feeling.

  1. What is my greatest life dream that I can realistically live in 1 month from now?
  2. What would that feel like living this life? Get in touch with the feeling deeply, and feel the bliss.
  3. What is stopping me from doing this? If we work on this block we can live this life very quickly.
